About Me

Hi, I'm Dan, and thanks for visiting my outdoor adventure blog. About Me? Well, as you probably have already gathered, I love hiking, climbing mountains, and exploring beautiful places - mostly in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and throughout New England.  I work for my family's commercial flooring business, and I am also a Realtor, licensed in NH and MA .  In my free time, I enjoy hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with family. I am originally from Peabody, MA, and now reside in Londonderry, NH.

My Interests: Hiking, backpacking, camping, kayaking, survival shows, boating, hockey, Boston sports, especially the Bruins! and real estate. I enjoy taking care of my four and half acre homestead, and enjoying life with my better half, Linda!

I enjoy planning my hikes so they always mean something to me.  Sunrises, sunsets, full moons, and more are always exciting to mix with climbing a mountain or taking on a big adventure.  With so many peak lists and interesting goals to shoot for in New England, it keeps me going back to the mountains.  For the most part, I do this as a way to challenge myself physically and mentally.
